  1. Who Builds the Most Vehicles in America

I like the way Ford has been heading the last few years. They seem to be in a very good spot when it comes to the EV market as well. Recently I even dumped some money into their stock as it seems quite cheap, to me, and there is a 5% dividend as well. (y)
  2. Lightweight travel trailer (sub-2000 lbs) for camping -- recommendations?

I think any pop up, like the A-liners, are a great option for the Maverick. Good amount of space for the weight and easy to tow/park. Don't forget to account for all your passengers and extra gear when calculating your weight. I added the 4K tow package on mine because it's very easy to...
  3. Are Mavericks only delivered with front floor mats?

Just came with the front carpet mats, but doesn't bother me. I immediately put in Weathertech mats for the front and back after purchasing. Highly recommend them. Carpet mats are a waste of time.
  4. High Cost to Insure?

Full coverage for me is $60/mo with medium coverages. Obviously age, driving record, and location have a lot to do with it. The Maverick was actually cheaper to insure than my last vehicle (2016 Rav4).
  5. Driving continuously in "L" mode?

Low is for steep down/up grades, typically at lower speeds. I can't imagine anything good can come from keeping it engaged all the time. If I had to guess you could be doing damage to your transmission and/or engine by overusing it.
  6. How much do larger tires affect MPG

I put on 235 65 r17 Toyo AT3 and lost about 1-2 mpg depending on driving conditions. Worth it for me for the extra grip in winter and muddy conditions. I do a fair number of long road trips and you never know when that late spring winter storm (or early October winter storm) will hit. Getting...
  7. Am Done With Ford

Next up: I'm not buying a new iPhone because they dropped the fax machine feature.
  8. Rust already?

Agree with above poster, but definitely do the spray in liner. It's not very expensive and makes your bed much more durable.
  9. '22 15k mile transmission fluid drain steps.

Ok. I mean it's your truck so that's up to you. I wouldn't call driving up a mountain "Severe" conditions, though. I've been driving in the mountains of UT/CO my whole life and have always stuck to the normal intervals without any issues. I'm not criticizing your decision, just trying to...
  10. '22 15k mile transmission fluid drain steps.

I'm confused. Ford doesn't recommend a transmission fluid change until 150K miles (or 30K miles in "Severe" operating conditions). Why did you feel the need to change the fluid at 15k miles?
  11. Look what Ford sent me

Happy to buy that one off of you if you don't want it. Got a buddy that would love it for a birthday present.
  12. Tan SofTopper installed on White XL

Looks good. I really like the tan. I have a black one that just shipped and looking forwarded to installing it. I was really torn on tan or black.
  13. Utah Sold: TruXedo TruXport Soft rolling Tonneau Cover

Lightly used cover in very good shape. I've had it about 10 months and have used 303 on it once or twice. Just bought a Softopper and don't see myself using this anymore. Paid about $339 (current price on RealTruck). Asking $225. Happy to help you install it on your truck when you come to...
