My opinion (and I'm sure it won't be popular) is that if it's not factory, it shouldn't be on your truck. Exceptions would be something that is purely functional, but not permanently attached to the vehicle (a bed cover for example).

I placed by order for a '25 on Sept. 9, and haven't gotten ANY communication from Ford yet. I checked with my sales rep and he sent me an email from Ford confirming the order, but nothing else. Is this what others are experiencing?

I ordered a 2025 a few weeks ago. I understand they have a modem in them now to do over-the-air software updates. I also read they were spending some more time inspecting them before letting them ship. Hopefully that will help. According to the article, Ford had about three times more recalls...
