In the same boat: Production week was fluctuating 8/23-8/25, then saw In Production yesterday. Can't find any info on plant shutdown for 2023 but it makes sense, as this looks like something Ford does to most of its plants every summer.
Given that you are living in Florida I would say FWD is a no brainer. I also have an FWD EB on order for production in August (originally a Hybrid but switched to EB) and live in coastal Maine. My reasoning: I want cheap, reliable (fingers crossed) wheels and couldn't see paying $2300 for...
Initially ordered XL Hybrid with a hitch in September, the changed to EB in January to improved odds of getting scheduled (got scheduled last Thursday). Wanted a Hybrid, wanted to believe it would be a good reliable car to have for 10+ years without problems. Honestly wish the best for all...

Hello All! New to forum. Ordered XL Hybrid in Shadow Black from Wiscasset Ford today. Unable to get aluminum rims on XL (seems odd) but plan on getting snow tires, so will order alloys later and put snows on steel wheels. As others have said this dealer is waiving a deposit and charges no...
