I really like the aggressive up and down shift in the Mav too, especially in the mountains. I'm used to a MT so don't typically like driving AT in the mountains. The tow mode is a good balance between the two for me.

What length are your crossbars. I ended up ordering the 68" but was wondering if the 60" would work. I put a lot of toys on top too. My Outback/Impreza racks were 66"
I'm curious about the 60 vs 68 inch crossbars too. I had 66" crossbars on my Subaru Outback and Impreza. I tend to carry a lot of toys but am planning on putting bikes in the truck bed.
