    Same for me. Had a build date of 1/3, now 1/10. It's Tuesday so Ford will be kicking the can again today.

    I had a build date of 1/3 for a whole month. Moved to 1/10 today...10/1/21 canceled VIN. 15 months and waiting.

    My experience exactly. Why FMC didn't instruct dealers to do this without customer prompting is another Ford mystery.

    Same here! You'd think we'd be able to update email without going through unresponsive dealers. It sure adds to the frustration. If chat is slow, call customer service every 5 minutes, they love that!
