If your oil is overfull, the coolant is low, and the oil looks like a milkshake, do not run it and have it taken to the dealer. That is not just condensation.
Unless Ford does something about Maverick allocations, it's not going to get any better, this year or next. Now that people are becoming aware of how allocations work, they are ordering multiple vehicles from different dealers. This only compounds the problem Ford has with constrained items...
What will the dealer give on trade? Even if a little less than you paid, you may still get credit on sales tax. The Maverick will hold it's value well over the next few years. An 05 with 150K? Not so much...
Ford stopped taking orders when they reached totals they thought they could build. This shows intent to build all of them. So what do allocations really have to do with anything @Ford Motor Company ?
It's a small town local dealer and they have a very good reputation. Word gets around fast. They would not stay in business for long if they were up to shenanigans.
I just hope the automakers realize from the success of the Maverick that people want cheaper vehicles that present a good value. The dealer lots always seem to be full of high end models with all the options. The dealers want to make the most profit, understandable. But I'm never going to pay...
@fordvideoguy You mentioned earlier about dropping constraints to improve your chances of getting a MY22. Are the hybrids still constrained like they were in January at 40%?
