Awesome thanks for the update on availability! I've been looking for one that folds up all the way so I don't loose anymore of the little bed we all have. Ordered, 4 left in stock!
ah gotcha! Likely not then. I think it would be cool to some how factor in. Obviously we are talking about generally available vehicles. Not specialized. Maybe something to add to a future off-road vehicle and hope theres a trickle down effect since the US have so many climates and environmental...
Just thinking aloud. Do you think they are calculating the measurements of the mass air flow sensor? As if some particulates are getting past the air filter and during sessions of altered readings as the heated wire gets more than normal particulates passing through for a long enough time...
Page 454 in the 2025 year Maverick manual. They would be stupid not to calculate time. With 1 year of short trips and that gas dilution, I'd be very curious on the results if that sample was sent to Blackstone 🤔 🤓

Interesting. I wonder how my first test will compare to the motorcraft synthetic blend I just put in at 1000 miles. The manual still recommends either Motorcraft Full Synthetic or Premium Blend. And I know this would be mixing two different oils and slightly skew the results depending on...
I enjoy collecting data and understanding my engine and how break in works. I've seen oil reports from others of the same engine. I guess what it does for me is a small dopamine hit every report that comes in and I get more data points. If theres an oil analysis that I think is alarming I will...
My first report came back in. Just under 500 miles on the truck. I was going to do a 1000 mile but didnt have a bottle at the time to extract it at my first oil change. I'll be doing another sample in 3000 or 4000 miles; haven't decided yet.
I'll let you read the report and come to your own...
I noticed a little more grip around corners and round-a-bouts. As for road noise, I could not tell a difference. Also just had a big down pour here today. I cant compare to the others since this is the first time I've driven in one. They handle almost as good as if the roads were dry!
Thanks for the reply! I had actually just ordered OEM specific fluid along with everything else i would need to do the drain in fill, including a measuring cup to see how much comes out. I plan to check the RDU while im under there and share my findings.
I jacked the mav up to take off the splash guard and get to the PTU fill plug. I loosened it up in the air until I felt like It was less than hand tight. Then lowered it to the ground completely. My rib cage just cleared and I was able to unscrew it. No dripping out of the fill hole what so...
Its really hard to say exactly the favorite. Theres a lot I like about it. Coming from a base honda fit I'd say my current favorite is that is has an automatic transmission and not a CVT. I got used to the drone but now that I have a new vehicle its so much quieter.
