You can see from this pic, the u patterned indentions on the cover panel (the fabric looking on right, not the plastic on left). The stock bumper has plastic that extended to those areas. The FX4 as you see here, does not. the cover panel is barely tucks under the bottom of the fascia, and...
No, I didnāt think to do that. the install was done previously though per Blue Ox specs for a regular maverick hybrid. You can see their pics of the install here. https://www.blueoxtowbars.com/tow-bar-base-plate-blue-ox-bx2690.html?find=2023-ford-maverick-flat-tow-baseplates-all-models-769190
The recessed opening needed a little bit of trimming since these tow connectors are different from just a tow hook. But the trimmed part is recessed and you canāt really even see it. The benefit is the FX4 bumper gives me that clean looking opening. So minor cuts in the back of the opening...

Has anyone had any issues adding an inverter behind the back seat. Any overheating issues? I have a hybrid. And want to run and outlet to the driver side cubby of the bed. I figure if the car is on and lights and A/C are on, I can run things for quite a spell and when needed the ICE will...
Does anyone know if the Bumper Cover Panel of the Maverick FX4 will fit on the Lariat. I want to install Blue Ox Base Plate but donāt want the look of the cut outs.
