United road has never worked for me, I don’t think they’re a thing here in the southwest…i tried registering with them, but got an email back stating that unless I’m a dealer or manufacturer they can not make an account for me lol
Small update, but good news anyway…called ford CS this morning just to see if anything has changed with my delivery date timeframe and was pleasantly surprised that they have now revised my delivery date from the end of November to within the next few days…. New delivery eta is between 10/25 to...
Still waiting on mine, last I saw from the dealers vehicle visibility report that they were kind enough to share with me was that my maverick arrived at its final destination on ramp 36 in Phoenix, AZ…. Couldn’t really get an answer from the dealer how long it would take from there though other...
Sorry to thread Jack, but I was curious if United road is the one that does all the automotive transport for ford or something? Seems like a good amount of people reference them when talking about their maverick being shipped
Looked into it a little more and turns out the destination ramp that my maverick was going to was in Phoenix and not here in my state, so my maverick has been dropped off, but not where I thought it was…. It’s being trucked out of Phoenix, AZ to my dealer
So misinterpretation on my part, I thought my maverick rail car was here in my state and has been dropped off, turns out after talking with the dealer their latest vehicle visibility report has it as just being received in Phoenix, AZ yesterday afternoon, weird thing is that I called Union...
You and I both, mine was just offloaded at its destination point earlier today so possibly looking at same time frame as you, if my dealer actually has a truck scheduled to pick it up that is lol
Waiting for that call from the dealer myself, I know from tracking the rail car my maverick was on that it has already been offloaded to its destination point, as far as being picked up for transport by truck, I’m not sure how my dealer goes about that, but it seems like whenever I see a...
I don’t know about Norfolk southern, but at least while I’ve been tracking the rail car that my maverick is on through Union Pacific when it arrived at its destination the status changed to “actual placement”, which when I looked up that term, means that the rail car was dropped off and is...
Oh I don’t disagree with his sentiments, but posting that on the website of the same agency that enforces the stop sale/delivery of his maverick isn’t exactly gonna change the nhtsa’s or ford’s minds, that and I’m not sure how this person paid for a vehicle that hasn’t even been delivered...
Just thought I’d share a “complaint” I found while browsing through the nhtsa website, not trying to hurt anyone’s feelings if this happens to be someone here, but the nhtsa is definitely not the right place to be filing this “complaint” lol
I’m hoping that happens for me as well, last I checked on the rail car my maverick is on it was delayed by a few hours so now instead of arriving today at its destination, it is set to arrive at 12:30am tomorrow and then from there it’s a 2 hour drive from the Union Pacific vehicle drop off hub...
I’m wondering the same for mine since ford is still giving me an eta for delivery of November 24th, but the information that I’m getting from tracking the rail car that my maverick is on is saying otherwise and if it stays on the timeline the railroad is on and they’re able to get a truck to...
Oh, I got a rail car number, it’s being transported by Union Pacific and left Nogales, AZ at 4 in the morning today and is due to arrive at its destination this Saturday
Well, retried Union Pacific and although their automated system is glitchy af, I finally was able to get a trace on the rail car my maverick is on, turns out it’s due to arrive at its destination this Saturday!
Well, I tried Union Pacific and Norfolk southern, haven’t tried csx though cause at least according to those forums guide, csx is only for shipments going East off the Mississippi, but I’ll give it a shot!
Well, I finally got a rail car number, but what I’m assuming to be a Norfolk southern rail car does not come up in their system when I call their number to do a trace…. Anyone have any ideas as to what’s going on?
Says rail, but what I mean is that since it’s less than 500 miles away from me, wouldn’t that be kinda considered the last leg of its journey and therefore warrant it being transferred to a truck to be delivered, or is there a closer rail hub in New Mexico that these things get dropped off at?
