I used to own a Chevy LUV back in the early 70's. I liked that truck a lot. I expect to like my Maverick a lot as well so I'm calling it my "New LUV" - until my wife (my real love) decides I need to change it!

I believe, but haven't confirmed, that it is the 20amp fuse #84 in the under-hood fuse box. Take a look and see if that one is blown.
But if your shoulder surgery was the same as my surgery (rotator cuff repair) then you have a while for that sucker to be well enough - and limber enough - to do the work! Still, it is better on the wallet to wait for recovery and DIY than pay that price at the dealer.

I agree there is a time to use those additives but generally not until you have a few thousand miles on the engine - and less needed if you use Top Tier gasoline at every fill up. At least that is my experience.

Do you think dealerships tell you all the faults of the used cars they sell? You are expected to look over the vehicle and notice issues and either walk or negotiate the price. Same goes for dealers when accepting a trade in.
If I was selling privately I would price it accordingly.
I think it's back to allocations again. My MY22 rollover was set to a 13 by my dealer. He wanted to align his priorities to first come customer orders. Two of the three ahead of me are hybrids but I still don't think my small town dealer has the allocations to pull mine early. (Much) time will...
