Only the body rust would be considered an issue. All the other pictures were unnecessary. That is normal.

When they replaced the original standard battery with an AGM I was happy and thought that should fix the issue but less than a year later same problem. Who makes FoMoCo AGM batteries? Anyone know?

Negative!! Defective. Nothing is killing it. The voltage is just low enough to prevent the stop start from working. That is enough for a warranty exchange..

I'm on my second FoMoCo AGM in 11 months.

Bought my EB back in December of '21 . I have had my battery replaced twice under warranty (Most recent 11/1/23) Both times with the newer AGM ford battery.

There is an article related to this. They were custom made for this truck. It's a promotional vehicle used by that department. The push bar is one off cosmetic only.

After 2 Starts without driving the vehicle the remote start feature becomes disabled.

Did you get the oil pressure to work?
