I have the lights, I have the Ford switch. I remember a thread here with the “how-to” but don’t remember who posted it. Am I right in remembering that an extra pin or two needs to be inserted into one of the connectors?

We were in Gatlinburg a couple of weeks ago. While sitting at an intersection I spotted a Maverick across the way. We both realized it at the same time and gave each other a thumbs-up and a chuckle!

Where did you get the cut-out?

I remember the billboards and commercials back then. Had a teacher who bought a Maverick and a neighbor that had a VW - both paid the same price.

I want to thank @MABETT for reaching out to me on this. The issue has been resolved to my satisfaction. Please let the forum know when the water issue has been completely remediated. You truly do have a great idea here.

Mine had a bow to it too. Nothing a little heat and slow cooling couldn’t handle. I just removed it in order to give the very slight gap areas the once over with a sharpie (thanks for the suggestion @Barracuda340. Have you noted any yellowing spreading from the area you sharpied?)

I may pull mine off and use the sharpie. I thought about that after I had installed it!

Applied this yesterday. Not perfect, but I think it really finishes off that area of the dash. It’s taken a while to at least “accept” the “laundry tub plastic” look of the door panels and dashboard but it still doesn’t compliment the overall look of the passenger cabin. Has anybody attempted...

Absolutely stunning!

Well after 2 1/2 months the second @MABETT passenger side marker is pretty much a goner. While some have had somewhat positive experiences, I cannot articulate the utter disgust I now feel. I will be replacing these with @Oscarcat’s solution.
