  1. June Maverick Production — 10,000+ Units

I'm a 12/28/21 XLT order with lux package. Not looking too good the truck will be built any time soon. I have two things on my mind right now. One, a Ridgeline RTL is going to be delivered to a local Honda dealer in about one month, and it hasn't been claimed yet. Would have most of the...
  2. Drop in bed liner installed better than expected!

Not sure, but sometime before 12/28/2021. That's when I placed my order with the lux package and much to my surprise (and the salesman's) the order showed a DIBL after he printed it out.
  3. Drop in bed liner installed better than expected!

Not to be contrary, but the drain holes in the bed would prevent water getting trapped, wouldn't they?
  4. Full size spare tire, Matching?

Kinda makes the Ridgeline look even better, with its spare being in between the liner and underside of the truck...
  5. Ecoboost even worth buying for me?

There is None So Vile as hypermiling. Actually I have no idea what hypermiling means, sounds awesome though.
  6. My Maverick hauling a 13 foot kayak!

I don't think you should try to fit a 106 foot kayak in your Maverick bed.
  7. Full size spare tire, Matching?

Setting aside spare size for the moment, is anyone worried the location of the spare? Seems like it has zero protection from the elements/road salt and will eventually get rusted to all hell.
  8. What are people buying who couldn’t/wouldn’t wait any longer?

I'm curious, do you know what the bed depth (or height) of the '22 Ridgeline is? I've been searching google and I can't find the answer to this. I know the Ridgeline bed length is longer than the Maverick, but it seems the bed volume of the Ridgeline ( 33.9 cubic feet) is barely large than the...
  9. Ecoboost Owners - Are you filling up with premium fuel?

How in the world is an ecoboost averaging 34 miles per gallon? How in the world did one of your tests yield 42.3 miles per gallon? This sounds like shenanigans.
  10. Spray In Bed Liner concerns

If it were me, I would make damn sure whoever is doing an aftermarket SIBL is very well aware of the fuel tank location on your Maverick and what caused the recall in the first place. I'm guessing most/all shops that do SIBL have no idea that this is an issue.
  11. Spray In Bed Liner concerns

For sure. This caused a fuel tank recall when it was done by the factory. I wonder if Ford would pay the cost of replacing the fuel tank if an aftermarket SIBL caused damage to the fuel tank.
  12. What are people buying who couldn’t/wouldn’t wait any longer?

Nearby Honda dealer has a lot of RTL-Es on the way, and like only two RTLs. RTL-E seems to have some fun bells and whistles, but I'm not sure it's worth the extra 3k for that trim level. I haven't given up on the Mav yet, but it's been three months and a week since I ordered and haven't heard...
  13. Power Moonroof Option

Yes it is, and if you're flatulating hard enough to activate the sensor, you've effectively re-balanced the loss of payload capacity.
  14. Drop in bed liner installed better than expected!

Let me ask you this...do you feel like this DIBL is snug and not going to move around? I think the common criticism is that DIBLs slide around and scratch up the paint and will eventually cause rust. I wonder if that will happen with this Ford DIBL or not. But also aren't their drain holes in...
  15. Drop in bed liner installed better than expected!

Drop in does look very nice. I mean this one specifically, the official Ford one. Seems to be of high quality, based on pictures I've seen on this forum. At first I wasn't so sure. I was disappointed to learn the lux package dropped the SIBL in favor on the DIBL. But eh...even if I dropped the...
  16. Power Moonroof Option

I don't wanna spend the money on a moon roof, but, since I'm considering getting a Ridgeline instead since I don't know if my Mav will get built, maybe the extra $1000 plus tax isn't so bad in the bigger picture. I mean, I want a moon roof. Even if I don't open them that often, I like having the...
  17. Power Moonroof Option

Is there any official...chart or something, anything, that lets you know how much weight you can load up in the bed depending on what options you chose for the vehicle?
  18. Power Moonroof Option

    How does it do that?
