Similar email today. Except it mentioned my build week of August 8 and vaguely noted delays without saying whether my order was delayed. (Been rescheduled 4 or 5 times now).
Just yesterday a CS phone rep said I had an estimated delivery date of 9/10 - 9/16.
Status today is still in production...
Guardedly. Appear something is newly f'd in the hybrid supply chain. Hopefully Ford knows accurately what it can build 4 days from now. But it's impossible to be sure..
Got an email from Ford at midnight last night saying build week of 8/8. Been bounced around since original build week of 6/6. Last week it was 8/15. Getting dizzy just thinking about it.
Check the VIN another time, the tracker may have been down.
As somebody else said OP was probably scheduled and delayed without being given any direct information by Ford. Good bet OP has a new build week now. Also a good bet he'll get delayed again lol.
Between this and the bricked hybrids I think we're watching Bronco rollout part II: maverick boogaloo. A macabre adventure in incompetence and crashed supply chain modeling, count me in I guess
Yup they got me today too. June 7 > July 25. Pushed back to August 15 today. Tracker rolled back from In Production to Order Confirmed this evening. More and more modules keep populating though. Beats me. 🤷🏾♂️
Ordered a hybrid XLT in the same time period (9/13) but dropped options, next week is supposed to be my build week, Ford rep says this time for real. Haven't seen many October hybrids built yet. Hopefully you get there.
Gorgeous truck. Love that blackout emblem. Exactly the answer I'd hoped for. Going to order one today.
My last Ford was a Mustang GT and back then the no-drill aftermarket brackets were absolute trash. Tried running with no front plate and got stopped by troopers twice in one day - never again.
Has anybody used the Platypus bracket that can weigh in? Damn thing is $100 and only has like 2 reviews.

For those of us who already choose to drive budget vehicles, buying a new mid-trim truck at under MSRP -is- the compromise. Netting 5-10k for the privilege of driving & flipping said truck seems a good deal when the alternative is no truck. Even keeping it would be fine too at this price point...
I dropped options (all but hitch) months ago, mid Sept hybrid XLT. Got a VIN and a build date of July 25 after a few delays.
If MY2023 has any important/worthwhile changes then I'll order one to spec and drive the -22 until that comes in. If there aren't any major changes then I'll stick with...
Call Ford and see if you are scheduled. Maybe dump some of the bloat/constraints.
TBH Ford doesn't care that you're mad. And the dealer would love to have the extra stock if you cancel. You want one of the hottest vehicles on the planet at MSRP, you gotta wait.
7/25 build week is holding steady so far. Was pushed back a few times before. 9/13 XLT hybrid with hitch.
Hoping for September delivery. Chapman says deliveries are running about a month.
Probably going to drive this one until the first refresh year.
100%.
Rollover orders who joined FBs this year I am guessing will be fine. Their new order dates are going to fall between 8/2 - 8/15. But someone should confirm. They should join before then...
