Yes my Maverick is gone....but Im still here.... 6'2 200# and work out daily.....and I loved the truck...seats were comfortable at first but the first time I did an hour drive.....yeah I was not a fan .....
Same thing- non adjustable seat bottom - and I decided the seats were too "foamy" and...
I drove it to the repair shop and it drove fine.....just a bunch of warning lights on the dash because the rear sensors got hit .....and the blind spot warnings on the side view mirrors were stuck on....was kind of annoying....but tracked straight .....
all of the bends in the frame were after...
Yep thats exactly what happened ......it was all on the passenger side ......
It was not bent alot but definitely bent/ creased underneath
My biggest shock was the lack of visual external damage - tailgate wasnt touched.....my bumper was tweaked but not as bad as in the picture in the thread...
these are the accident pictures .....was only a slight bend in the bumper and a small crease in rear passenger quarter panel you could only see from very specific angle
Added an edit - there were no repairs performed in these pictures..... the only damage was a slight bend in the bumper......
tailgate was not touched in the accident
You cant tell in the pictures- but a SLIGHT crease in the passenger left rear side - when I went to go look at the car- you...
Yep....this was a total loss...pretty scary how undamaged it looks...copied and pasted one of the images from the auction site
EDIT - THESE ARE PICTURES WITHOUT ANY REPAIR WORK BEING PERFORMED - the only thing missing is the back bumper which had a VERY light bend in it.....but this is EXACTLY...
Yep I just picked up another F250......larger then what I need right now.....and I loved my little Maverick ...but I was a little too surprised at the ease with which it was totaled

toyota Camry and receiver hitch bump stop wouldn’t have helped … it hit mostly the passenger side … didn’t even hit the tailgate … just bumper pushed in and just a super super light bow in rear quarter you had to really really look to see … body shop was amazed at the damage underneath though …
Ooops sorry- not aluminum - Boron Steel
sorry about that @dalola @icegradner
The body shop told me that the Bronco Sport has the same issue- and that almost every Bronco Sport or Maverick they get in ends up being total losses : (
Well just wanted to post so you could add me to the list of totaled trucks from being rear ended.....maybe a 20MPH hit (I was at a stop)
Rear frame rail bent.....had truck all of 5 weeks - was working on mods so first post would be of my 25 Lariat EB sitting on Eibachs/ wheels/ exhaust/ tint...
