Did you have the recall done where they drilled holes to make sure there is enough drainage in case of oil leaks? I think it was issue to address this issue.
So basically they are forcing everyone to buy more stuff not exactly a price increase.
I believe there is an exception for NAFTA countries hence the Maverick can be made in Mexico and still be so cheap. The taco is made in Mexico as well so no real cost advantage for Ford where it competes...
Wow don't see how that's a win. You got the old V6 that is under powered and a gas guzzler with a gear hunting transmission when the new Taco just launched... I don't know if that's a deal. Unless you needed a truck now waiting until the new Tacoma is a available in a few months would have...
Damn that's crazy high. My brother supposedly locked in the raptor for $8k adm which I thought was already high. The dealer had a list and none came thru with a deposit so my brother lucked out. He's got a pro 4x now and it's a decent truck but he likes all the tech stuff in the Raptor. He's...
That's going to be a tough one since they have so many trims on the 24' s. Thinking there will be a couple trims that are somewhat equivalent to each trim Ford is offering. Plus dealer markups and the infamous toyota tax. I think they are offering a 2 to 1 trim availability which is pretty...
Ford knows hybrids but they been making them since 2005 so more like 18 years. That's why I dumped the wife's cr-v for it. We will see how the rest of the truck holds up.
I'm assuming you want the hybrid Tacoma since it's in your signature. That will probably be available Feb or March next year and only the TRD Sport, TRD Off-Road, Limited and Trail Hunter will have the option along wtih dealer markups. Current TRD-Offroad is close to $40k expect a couple...
If you want front lockers and/or a V6 there's really only 2 choices the Ford Raptor and ZR2. Kinda mind blowing that Toyota took 8 years to launch a new model and forgot the front lockers. If you want to brag about offroad capability kinda need to have all of the offroad goodies.
At least...
Depends on how much money you want to spend. They don't take custom orders like Ford. You just tell the dealer what you want and when one shows up matching your requirements they call you. More often then not you will have to decide on a option that's missing. If I remember correctly they...
Just because you and I know what they did with the Tundra doesn't mean others know. There have been plenty of posts on this forum coming from those that have held out hope that the Hybrid Tacoma would bring Maverick like MPG numbers or even 75% of the mpg numbers due lack of availability of the...
Please post the credit card deposit receipt so we can see which dealer is the scam of the century. No one has even seen a spy shot of a stout test mule out in the wild. It ain't happening until at least 2025. Ford is the only game in town for a hybrid compact truck and it's driving people nuts!
Right but that's not what people think when they hear Toyota and hybrid. They think Prius and 50 mpg. So for the many here hoping for alternative to 42 mpg hybrid Maverick it's a let down.
