If you're using car scanner pro you will see that SOC once you hit 92% the actual amps start going negative and discharges battery below 92% everytime

I have been watching a basic voltage meter (cig lighter) for the last 12000 km and have never seen the voltage go below 14 volts while driving. Usually it is between 14-15...
there's an OTA setting in your truck it just can't take all the OTA mine can. However, they should be able to tell you what your build requires updated to.
I've never had an issue with interior lights or sleep mode, etc.
I was adamant about updating everything last year because I read on everything these trucks were doing. People gave me hell me wanting everything updated, but It's seemed to have helped.
Call the OTA division of Ford (833) 389-0848 and ask for all the required software updates for your vehicle. They'll open a case, and then you go to the dealer with your case number, they can't refuse they have to do them. OTA will follow up with you.
