I grinded the area where the top(lighted part) and bottom(back) meet, shaved off the "V" shape it had. I did drop it, so the scratches gave me the willingness to move forward and grind. The black extends out more than the silver area, so i basically used the silver as a guide. Here ya go...

I did have same issue (see post 51) but chalked it up to me having door guards all the way around. I used a Dremel tool with just a sandpaper attachment to grind off a couple of mm of the edge on the marker area making contact. I really thought it was only because of my guards. That sanded area...

That's the plan. Wouldn't dare miss the highlight of my year on purpose. I can load/unload my e-bike in a heartbeat. There's one on each side. I use carabiners to lower the tie-down points to secure smaller loads.

No. From my understanding they pulled module by module. When they finally got to the TCU and unplugged it, there was no more draw...bad tcu.

Took them 26 days to figure this out. Mechanic was in direct communication with Ford.

Usually when I see a post regarding battery/deep sleep I add this work order of mine in the comments. Maybe it could help someone who understands it fully. It's been a while and all is kinda good. The truck only goes into deep sleep when I open the doors on the 3rd time.

Update: weather improved today, so I installed @Maxzina 's rain guards. Looking forward to actually being able to see into the passenger side mirror for a change.

They look good! Planning to install mine tomorrow as well. Did you use the clips? If so, is there as inner/outer side. Any issues removing the EGR's, it's been a while since I installed them.
