I grinded the area where the top(lighted part) and bottom(back) meet, shaved off the "V" shape it had. I did drop it, so the scratches gave me the willingness to move forward and grind. The black extends out more than the silver area, so i basically used the silver as a guide. Here ya go...
I did have same issue (see post 51) but chalked it up to me having door guards all the way around. I used a Dremel tool with just a sandpaper attachment to grind off a couple of mm of the edge on the marker area making contact. I really thought it was only because of my guards. That sanded area...
That's the plan. Wouldn't dare miss the highlight of my year on purpose.
I can load/unload my e-bike in a heartbeat. There's one on each side.
I use carabiners to lower the tie-down points to secure smaller loads.
The lowdown on Mabett's side markers.
•Don't be scared to pull off your oem vents with force
• I do wish the wires were at least 6 inches longer on each side. You have to go the shortest distance possible from side markers to the light harness.
• I had to grind off a couple of mm from the edge...
Usually when I see a post regarding battery/deep sleep I add this work order of mine in the comments. Maybe it could help someone who understands it fully.
It's been a while and all is kinda good. The truck only goes into deep sleep when I open the doors on the 3rd time.
Don't hesitate. Get em. I've done them twice, mine and my buddies. 1st time 1 hour. The first 45min to educate and familiarize myself, then the other 3 in 15 minutes. I always use a heat gun on any 3m install, but not necessary if above, I'd say 70°. Second time on my buddies, 30 minutes. Try to...

@Skyhighdrones724 was kind enough to shed light on a different view of my Tonka-fied Maverick while we both share a like for our local park.
Special Thanks To Skyhighdrones724. You can follow & view the

Update: weather improved today, so I installed @Maxzina 's rain guards. Looking forward to actually being able to see into the passenger side mirror for a change.
They look good! Planning to install mine tomorrow as well. Did you use the clips? If so, is there as inner/outer side. Any issues removing the EGR's, it's been a while since I installed them.
Thanks, appreciate the kindness. I truly am living through my truck on a daily basis. I don't know why, but it's giving me a passion I've never felt before. It brings me joy, I believe that's all that really matters.
I really enjoy riding my e-bike on the trails at my local park and had tossed around the idea of a hitch bike rack, but couldn't justify it to myself having a bed to haul it in. So, I've been using ratchet straps to secure it. It's kind of an inconvenience, but not anymore.
I'm now using...
