I like the Husky liners, and have them in both of my current trucks, including my Maverick. I used to use Weathertech in a few previous vehicles. They were high quality and fit perfectly, but way too slippery.

No, this cover doesn't have any rails to attach it to the bed, just C-clamps that secure the front section down, and 1 latch on each side that hold the back panel down. I'll admit I haven't used the cargo management rails yet, but it doesn't look like anything will be in the way.
