25 Lariat never had that problem, sounds like you need Ford service to perform a BCM flash.

I guess I just getting older, but I don’t understand how the phone holder works or attached. Also on the under seat storage, I would suggest some sort of felt surface to keep loose items from sliding around making a noisy problem but make “lining “ not starting to come loose after a month of use.
