I just got a '24 Lariat hybrid and I'd like to permanently install a pigtail for a 12 volt battery tender under the hood. I'm aware the hybrids tend to enter Derp Sleep, and I want to leave it hooked up wheen away for a few days. I know the hybrids have the two "junp posts" under the hood, but...

Anybody? Anyone? Bueller...Bueller.....??

Good luck- I hope you can get it sorted out! That used to drive me crazy in my XLT. Time will tell if the Lariat Sync 3 system in my new truck is any better.

My 2023 XLT would do this a few times a week. Those XL/XLT Ford radios are pretty glitchy.

OP- make sure the donor vehicle the ac controller comes from has the same engine configuration as yours...ie- swap the ac control from an Ecoboost Escape or Bronco Sport into your Ecoboost, or a hybrid Escape controller into a hybrid Maverick.

The "upgraded" Lasfits for the rears do this in my new '24 Lariat too- hyperflash a couple times then blink normally.
