Not true at all, at least for me. I do 90% highway on my daily commute and get 8-10mpg MORE when I control the throttle vs using the ACC. Cruise gets me 35-38mpg but I consistently get 45-49mpg when I am the one in control. Sure it's great on long road trips but definitely NOT the most...
Those headlights look great! What was the turn around? Not sure how long I can go without the Mav as it is my only vehicle at the moment. Could always borrow a loaner from work for a couple days if needed but not much longer than that without someone getting mad lol
Great build man, love the...
I dig it! Will be looking into the price of the headlights when they are available, very cool upgrade from the chrome housings! And like others said, still bummed about not getting foglights. FORD would sell so many kits if they just gave us all the accessory fog lights we are all craving...
No noticeable decline here, if anything it may be helping. I got my cover shortly after getting the truck so I didn't have a ton of pre cover mileage but I feel like my commute to work has been getting better and better after the cover has been installed. And my commute is mostly highway. As...
That is a great deal! I had my last car (19 Accord Sport 2.0T) and my VW Atlas ceramic coated by someone at my job on the cheap as well. If I still lived close to that locating I'm sure I would have done the same to my Maverick but it's a pretty big distance away now so it wasn't as...
It’s a coating you put on your paint, like a ceramic coating. This is a 7 year product so it keeps the finish on the truck looking amazing for up to 7 years.
I use a touchless high power car wash at least twice a week and it’s totally fine. And yes the bed liner is fantastic!
I’ve ordered the floor liners but they haven’t come in yet. I’ve only had it for a month so I’ll start to worry closer to winter haha.
I got the Gator tri-fold soft cover...
I have the spray in liner and the front end film protectant. I think both are very worth it! Getting paint protection film after the fact is way more expensive so to get the sensitive areas done for $3xx is a great deal. You barely see it as well, and I have white.
If you have another car to...
There are enough wrecked ones out there I bet you could source all four corners on the cheap if you have the patience to check the big yards a couple times a week. With all the parts shortages right now they are totaling perfectly repairable trucks strictly based on parts availability. Lights...
I heard to get a GREAT rating you had to have a taser in the cushion of the seat that zaps you with 100,000 volts after 10 secs of not being belted in.⚡⚡⚡
Mine were Hybrid and ACC which pushed me to the Lariat. SUPER happy with it but turns out I rarely use the ACC since I can regulate the gas peddle a lot more efficiently than the cruise control can. It is nice on long trips though, but I don't turn it on during my daily commute.
You have a road bike, you should just ride it everywhere! Throwing it in the back of the truck and driving it somewhere is just cheating. That would be like me throwing my Maverick in the back of my buddies F350 to take it somewhere! You don't need a bike mount for the truck, you just need...
Buy it. If you plan to keep it and you’re worried your car might not make it than buy it. You could put that into repairing your car to make it last that long so why wait?? With the market the way it is, this seems like a great deal. Sure people will say “don’t do it!! Fight the man!!” That’s...
