Super excited about my order! I made sure I added what I wanted but there are a few packages that Iām willing to part with if it holds my truck from being built.
Anyone else from Arkansas getting a Tremor?
Shoot, Iāve watched @Shayās videos for years! They always have some great info and are well produced. Itās been awesome seeing more Maverick info too.
This rear unit in the Tremor is why I ordered it. That system works amazingly well in the Bronco Sport Badlands so I expect it to do just as...
I added the remote start to my order but Iām ok with pulling it if that somehow becomes the reason my truck isnāt built. If the app can still do it, Iād be fine without it.
Heck, Iād be fine without remote start general!
Iāll just add that states ground clearances are usually minimum heights. So the Tremor has at least 9.4 inches of clearance somewhere under the truck.
The rear diff in the Tremor is different compared to the standard AWD. The Tremor utilizes a Dana AdvanTEK system that can send 100% of the torque going to that unit to one wheel and can also simulate a locking rear diff with its clutch pack.
Also the FX4 minimum clearance is 8.6 vs the...
For my lifestyle at the moment and for at least 5 years, I donāt myself needing over 2,000 lbs of towing capacity.
I do see myself taking some tough paths to get to a certain spot and this Tremor should do it beautifully.
Got my order officially done on 09/20
Lariat
Atlas Blue
Lux package
Remote start
Co-Pilot 360 and Assist
I wanted to go all out since Iāll have to wait and anything else with that feature list is $10k over that price.
I went with Atlas Blue Metallic. I liked the richness of the blue when I saw it on an Explorer. I feel like it will make the Maverick look really good!
I gave up on the hybrid powertrain and ordered a Tremor. The 2.0L Ecoboost is an efficient engine itself and Iām just waiting on a Maverick Lightning or the TE1 truck from Blue Oval City.
The Tremor package might put me in the same predicament as ordering a Hybrid though. I guess we will find out!
Iām in the same boat as you. I took a hard look at what I would tow now and within a few years.
Probably nothing over 2K.
Iād haul more stuff than anything else and around 1200lbs was the weight of my other truck option, Frontier P4X (around $10k more expensive š„“).
The Tremor having the better...
Yeah. Iāve seen the same around some lots. I donāt care if they come down to MSRP. Those cars are just rotting away and getting flat spots on the tires from how long theyāre sitting
