I donāt think failure to know the whole story is the same as āspreading nonsenseā. I presume you posted your response in an effort to share information that others donāt know. It can be a burden to be the smartest person in the room āļøš¤.
Thanks for your insight.
This video uses a Toyota minivan as the example, but at minute 51 he mentions what many in this group already know. The Ford Maverick uses the Toyota Hybrid technology. Though this video is a bit long I found it very informative, particularly the explanation of the āCVTā and how the AWD works. I...
I would like to join this club and add this badge to my eruption green 2025 Lariet. I have added an AWD badge but I havenāt found this one with both Hybrid and AWD.
Can you send me a link for the source or did you make it custom
Skiing in CA. Good to have three able bodies to dig out every time we park. The truck goes where we tell it once we get it dug out.
2022 FWD, 1st addition Lariat with new all season tires. Chains available but not needā¦yet.
Great application of thinking outside the box. I like your color choice but now that you have planted the seed I going to give some thought to other colors that might work with my Lariet interior.
Colorado just implemented new rules and I also got AWD badges for my Maverick. I have been pushing through 6 inches of fresh powder without any problems. AWD and Blizack snow tires let we stop and go with ease.
$40 (OBO) local pickup, $13 shipping if requested.
Four Tire Pressure Monitoring (TPM) sensors from a 2021 maverick with new stems.
I swapped my snow tires from my 2021 Maverick onto my 2025 and the old sensors donāt work with the new car, thanks Ford...
Another consideration you may want to consider is the recognition of speed limit signs. You can adjust the cruise control to go faster than the speed limit. As far as I can tell if you are using cruise control it automatically adjusts the speed when it sees a new sign, and when it recognizes an...
They got me to buy a new car.
My 2001 was green and I drove it for over 20 years until I replaced it with an Area 51 First edition Hybrid Maverick.
the 2025 refresh was nice but it was the green that sealed the deal.
Disagree.
I waited about 20 years for Ford to build a truck to replace my 2001 Ranger.
My picture for this group is still my 2022 first edition even though I replaced it with a 2025 to get a green truck back in the garage š
In my opinion I think this site should retain the images from the first...
The glass is not the only factor. The sand blasting effect, this is what I call it, is also a function of the vertical angle of the windshield and the air flow. I suspect your wifeās Jetta cuts through the air a little better than the Maverick thus less damage to the windshield.
Just my opinion...
I am very happy with the Lomax. I ordered it online and had no issues installing it myself.

I drove a 2022 first edition FWD Hybrid Lariat until I replaced it with the AWD Hybrid earlier this year. I loved the 1st edition and passed it on to my daughter BUT the 2025 AWD Hybrid is a significant upgrade that seems to have eliminated the issues you have listed and a few other things that...
