I'll try to summarize all options as best as I can, including the F150 switch for anyone else who views this thread.
To have fog lights on with parking lights on:
Option 1. I have both trigger wires tapped into my sidemarker. This is Pin #10 on the 12-pin Molex connector mentioned in the...
If they won't do the minimum effort to complete the webpage template before publishing, why should we expect them to have the attention to detail to make a quality, well thought out product? Thinking critically and genuinely caring go a long way in this business, no need to be a web dev.
Heck...
Another forum member posted this thread where he used cheap 0.75in round LEDs common on boats and trailers. I think it passes as OEM better than an LED strip, and it's easier to have a few around for when (not if) the cheap lights break or the clear lenses turn yellow. I've never had an LED...
Yes, that is exactly how you would wire up the relay. The 12V connector in the bed is a great 12V source. Third brake lights don't have a running light, it's just brake and a white bed light.
You'll probably need to make a splitter yourself. You could get a replacement pigtail for the vehicle...
The BCM is pretty sensitive on these trucks. If it senses the lamp's current draw is too high, it will shut the light off. You'll probably need to run a relay that is triggered by the original light, rather than powering another light directly from it.
Waterick is correct-- you cannot power a...
These are likely terrible in blizzard conditions due to the position and construction.
1. Position: They're so high up that it will be harder to see the road through all the flying snow. Just like how high beams give you that "Star Wars hyperspeed" visual effect in heavy snow or rain.
In fog...
Do you want a toy or a sweet daily driver?
If you're already willing to pay up for a Lariat, I would wait for any 2025. The price increase seems to add a lot of nicer tech for daily driving (RIP to the HVAC buttons, though).
I think it would only be worth going with a 22-24 if you intended to...
I am very impressed relative to my expectations.
The peak HP & torque numbers aren't good, but the delivery is so quick and smooth. Power has been more than adequate in all conditions.

2023 Escape ST-Line heated steering wheel. The wire coming from the bottom of the wheel is for the heater. If that wire is not present, it doesn't have the heater option.
They're actually pretty great.
Less maintenance
The transmission is super smooth (no gearshifts) and inherently more reliable
I won't waste money on an aftermarket intake, exhaust, turbo, tune, etc.
It has plenty of power at all times for highway merging or passing while loaded with 4 adults +...
If you chose a compatible steering wheel, no. HUDs should be mounted in the dash and the buttons don't matter.
You should be swapping your buttons and airbag into the new wheel.
My 22 Lariat Hybrid has done this twice. They were both on the highway, a few months apart. There were no other symptoms and no issues after dismissing the warning.
Maybe it's a software glitch.
Your preferences are valid. However,
It would still be electronic if it was a more phallic shape. A manual transmission would be cool though.
I think the infinite spinning is great. Spin that sucker like Wheel Of Fortune to get into P or D. Have fun with it!
