That would be my preference to purchase another lower bumper if it is separate from the upper bumper. I fear that it is two different fully molded bumpers requiring repainting of the upper bumper.

In the lower front bumper, both sides, where the tow hooks would come through, are those panels removable or are they molded into the front lower bumper? TIA
