OK, I watched the vid the guy shows "his issue." I saw a response by someone who watched the video, and they said...they don't have struts and had the exact same latch issue. Seems like the tube with the cable, which can be seen with that side panel removed, Ford didn't allow for that...

I've owned almost 80 cars in my lifetime. There's "decent plastic interiors.... and then there's "terrible plastic interiors." Mavericks have the latter!! Would help IF there was some kind of "quality applied wax or special liquid that would coat the terribly cheap plastic in the Mavericks...

Yes it does. And I knew that prior. Lariat is the "softer" of the two. But, there were other things I liked about the Lobo, so after much head scratching, research.....I went with the Lobo. Just need to "tinker some" here and there. LOL!!
