I tried searching for a video example but I couldn't find one. Maybe one of the FX4 or Tremor guys can chime in.
I noticed though that the off-road mode for the Tremor enables the front camera with a trail preview. Since the Lariat also has a 360 camera, did this activate for you? If not it...
Technically bought off the lot but it was a order that the buyer backed out on and went with a new Ranger instead. I actually watched them test drive my car and then they bought the Ranger. I immediately bought it after as it was the spec I wanted. EG Lariat 4k Hybrid AWD no sunroof or BAP...
Coming from the e-gmp platform, the Kia/Hyundai Gen5W infotainment was absolutely terrible compared to Sync4. It was slow, didn't have wireless AA or Carplay, and most crucially it was terrible native charger routing which was required to be used to activate preconditioning.
Having used Sync3...
Just to note but in my experience the autostop/start on the hybrid is barely perceptible vs the ecoboost because of how smooth the electric motor engages.
I never test drove a ecoboost Maverick but my Focus RS had a very obvious and annoying autostop/start which I disabled. If the current Mav...
When I had my EV6, I looked into getting something similar. There was a popular market for these anti-scratch felt pads all over the car in different colors.
The plastic on the Kia was a lot more resistant to scratches though so I'd be interested in this for sure for the Maverick.
Also in the PNW and I have some take-off Lariat wheels/tires from my 2025, non-BAP. I listed them for $1200 but I expect I'd have to drop them below $1000 to move them. I may just hold onto them if I decide to trade or sell the truck in the future.
One thing to note about the 2025 is that the...
I haven't been able to find the part number for the fog lights yet and you probably need the pigtail wiring as well as the fog light switch. The lower facia pieces are pretty expensive.

I was going to wrap the lower section gloss black or keep it matte black instead...
Not the cover but I purchased a carbon fiber steering wheel with heating from Zen back in 2021 for my Focus RS. It was excellent.
I don't really want carbon fiber in my Maverick but I'd buy from them again for sure.
2025 Lariat. Also getting some driver's side wind noise, even at low speed. It's especially bad at 65+ MPH.
Going to do the dollar bill test this week and check all the doors for any signs of pinched or damaged seals.
I assume it's the same as the 22-24 but I'm wondering if Ford still excluded the welded section for the front tow hooks on the non-FX4/Tremor models. This is the only picture i've seen of a 2025 front end disassembled.
2023 Kia EV6 GT.
I loved that car. Stupid fast and cheap to run but life happens and I'm moving somewhere without the ability to charge at home. Someday I'll jump back to an EV.
Hilariously the tech in the 25 Maverick is better than the Kia, except for the turn signals camera. I don't see why...
I put the part number in my post but here is a direct link! https://www.hyundaipartsdeal.com/genuine/hyundai-ec-mirror-w-homelink-compas~s8f62-au000.html
Swapped to an auto-dimming mirror. I was going to wire it myself but the pre-made harness available on ebay was worth the $30. All you have to do is cut the new mirror harness and heat shrink it to the harness. 10 minute install.
The mirror is quite a bit chunkier than the OEM mirror but it was...
There are a ton of factors that go into insurance, especially what coverages you have, and where you live. I pay an absurd amount, more than my Kia EV6 that was replaced by the Maverick.
The 6-month premium for me is $1001.02 or $166/mo. Greater Seattle area.
That is for 250/500/150 coverage...
