Emptied out the UPR catch can today. This is after approx 5,000 miles of mixed driving. I do not baby the Lil Mav, lots of full throttle acceleration. This is pretty close to a 50/50 mix between highway and city driving.
This is a 4oz can, so it is approx 3oz of fluid.
I bought the lil Mav to replace my Fiesta ST. The only reason I got the Mav was because I was tired of having to get my trailer to move my motorcycles around. I still have the Fiesta though, and it's been listed for sale for about a month now, but the longer it stays listed for sale the more I...
I've put 6,000 miles on mine including a 1,200 mile jaunt with no stops (not counting fuel)
My only complaint is the shitty tires for what Ford calls a "street truck". They do very well on the highway and in the rain though, so.....haha.
I hit up Rockauto for some 75w and 75w-85 fluid as well as some 2127 filters. Gonna be changing out the PTU and RDU fluid this weekend.
The Lil Mav just crossed 6k miles so Im eager to see how the condition compares to what others are seeing.
Also just ordered a rough countey tri fold flip up...
It's good news to see that the factory brakes are doing so well. It amazes me even more because the factory brake pads on my Fiesta couldn't even last one lap on a small/medium sized circuit, granted I was on 200tw tires.
I just turned 35 and picked up my Lobo a few months before my birthday. My only requirement for the Maverick was the fact it can haul a motorcycle in the bed. Because of this requirement, and it was the only requirement I had, I obviously wanted something as low to the ground as possible. Thats...
This is just 3 of my other toys.
I also have an '05 ZX10R, an '88 Harley Sporty, an '82 GPZ550, an '01 325ci, and a '92 Mustang 5.0.
Hoping to downsize the fleet though, moving every 3-4 years with this much stuff is not fun.....haha
Does anyone know if the 25' 2.0 EB is a MAF based tune or a MAP based (speed density) tune?
If it is MAF based then the release of already metered air will make a difference. If it is MAP based (like the US based Fiesta ST) then releasing already metered air makes zero difference.
I will be changing to a 245/50 DWS06+ when it is time for new rubber. Heck, I may even switch em out before the OEM tires are dead, that's how much I hate the OEM Goodyear tires.
I have DWS's on my Fiesta, and those tires are damn near magical on that car. I can only imagine how well they...
XP10s and some 200TW tires are a match made in heaven. That's what I run on my Fiesta for track stuff and once the tires are up to temp I swear it feels like a hit a wall when I go full ham on the brakes. Also I tried to run the XP10 pads during winter in New England.......I ended up changing...
