use cruise!

cruise control helped avoid tickets unfortunately my cheap high priced xl didn't have cruise or anything else except AWD.

don't use those things in VA,they are illegal and they can tell if you running one you would probably don't use em in VA,hefty fine and lose the device they can tell if you are running one generally.
