Yesterday I got the "BUILT" email from Ford. The estimated delivery date is 2/21 to 2/27 and today (1/30) the tracker updated to show it built and estimated delivery dates as well.

Cella Ford called today (1-25-21) and said my truck was sent to the body shop for graphics and spray-in bed liner and was to be shipped Sunday with and estimated delivery date of 2-7 to 2-14. UPDATE: The estimated delivery date is (2/14/21 thru 2/20/21) not the 2-7 to 2-14 in the original post.

According to Cella Ford my wife truck is scheduled to be here by the 15th, my truck on the other hand is stuck in Mexico I guess and has an estimated delivery date of 1-23-22. Our Vehicle Ordering Trackers have not updated since before Christmas.
