Dear Penthouse, I never thought it would happen to me....

They gave me a priority code of 10, but every other order I've seen from there is a 10 as well. Chat won't give you the priority code anymore.

I had to beg them to up the priority of my reorder and I don't think they did. Pretty sure I'm just 1 of all their 2023 orders with no priority for being a rollover

yeah, I've been waiting since November 21 for my xlt hybrid w/cp360 from apopka location. still processed and awaiting scheduling. i wish someone could get some information on the mullinax allocation situation

I'm not sure what you're thinking anyone can do at this point. Your options seem to be either taking the truck without all the options you want, or seeing if the dealership will put you on a list when a truck with your options is passed over by another customer.

XLT Hybrid Area 51 only option is CP360 Original order date 11/5/2021 Just talked to customer service and no news so tired.....

Just got off the phone with Ford Corporate who confirmed my order and gave me my code for the 22 rollover discount or whatever they're calling it

Their ears must have been burning, just received a copy of the COVP claim status from my salesperson. Still no email from Ford Corporate confirming. Also, it says it wasn't ordered until the 19th, so yeah there was a log jam with Mullinax ordering.

Got my order sheet from my salesman to sign and return last Friday. I haven't received an email from Ford, and my sales guy keeps saying he's going to email me the corporate confirmation but I haven't gotten it yet. This is the same guy who wouldn't put me at priority 10 because "it doesn't make...

My Salesman Dennis said they can't change the priority code. Thank you for showing me this, I really appreciate it

Those of you who had 22 Mavs rollover and received confirmed orders from Mullinax in Apopka for the 23, did you have to sign a new order and did they give you priority 10?
