The TSB is only for build dates up to 3-9-22. Looks like you are not in the TSB date range according to your signature.

Yes, they should do it if you say you had the idle surging. YMMV. My paperwork stated they "confirmed" I had idle surging. I think this is a dance where Ford doesn't want to pay for everyone to get the TSB unless it is "necessary."

This TSB is dealer only. It seems OTA(over the air) updates on the Maverick are limited to things like the radio head unit updates.
