    Bed cubby hole. Except if it gets stolen and battery cables are cut and no power to modem. Some are being built without the modem so they don’t work with Ford Pass.

    So if my XLT doesn't have the remote start on the fob, but then I added the perimeter plus module, I cannot then use the fob that has the 2x button on it?

    Sucks. At this point I don’t really see another viable option. I do like the matte textured look so I’ll probably end up keeping it.

  14. Are RokBlokz the way to go for mud flaps that won't damage paint?

    I bought Rokblokz. Installed them this morning. For the price, they could at least include black screws instead of silver. I ended up painting all the screws so they wouldn't stick out like a sore thumb.

    Very helpful and disappointing for me. I had ordered this one and planned to install tomorrow. Been sitting in my garage for three weeks. Just check and it does not have the raised area and part # ends in A. Very disappointing. Plus I threw out box for it already as well.

    I couldn't find a good place to mount mine. I'll look again tomorrow and see if that spot works for me too.

    Wow...I don't know how I didn't see this thread before. Not to beat a dead horse as I know it has been resolved to your satisfaction, but more for future persons finding this thread. I did my own install recently and posted the results in this post. There are no actual instructions in the box...
