So I plan on ordering from Chapman when the banks open up. I read that they are 100% good to go and already email Ashlie and Im on the contact list to place a 2023 order For those that ordered with them, any regrets? I guess I'm just worried that something will happen and I would get screwed...

I was in Harrisburg PA today for some business and decide to go on Fords website and check to see if there were any local dealers that had a Maverick in stock so I can look at one in detail and maybe take a test drive. Well I hit it lucky today!! A dealer had a XLT Eco that had AWD, Tow, FX4...

That's cool I emailed and I believe I'm on their contact list for the 2023 when the order banks open up

I posted this thread to seek information from those who ordered a Maverick. I plan to order a '23 Maverick when the order banks open in August (if that is still happening) and I wanted to know the process of ordering a vehicle. This will be my first new vehicle and my first order with Ford...

Thanks for the info everyone. I will wait and see what ford offers for the MY23 builds. I want the 4K towing, that is a main priority. Also Cruise Control would be nice for road trips but I don’t know if it’s worth the upgrade. How hard is it to add CC to a XL?

Wait the XL doesn't come with under seat storage? I thought all of them do but the Hybrid's battery uses some of the space?

Does anyone know the differences between the XL & XLT models? Im talking about the trims themself, not packages. I plan on ordering a Maverick when the order banks open in August and I'm trying to see if Cruise Control is worth the extra $$$ or not
