How did you find out where it is located? Mine appears to be stuck somewhere on the East coast since the rail car on which it shipped has been moving around empty.

CSX says the rail car on which my truck was shipped is empty and is on the move. Does that mean my vehicle was off loaded and may get here soon? Was it never loaded on the car? No idea.

I agree entirely but that is totally different from having an “incredibly short half-life“ which is wrong and deliberately misleading.

“Magnesium has an incredibly short lifetime” is total BS. It can be stored forever. Just keep it away from moisture or any other oxidizer.

Spot on! I have owned real 4wd vehicles throughout my grownup life. Maverick isn’t designed for really rough stuff but it is nice to know you have a chance if you underestimate the situation.
