I like the little window that goes down on the Lariats. I’d like an even larger window as an option, or possibly a fold down rear seat system to extend the bed storage.

I like the look of some of the fender flares I’ve seen available for the Mav—and the added protection seems like another reason to get them. But I’ve also read enough remarks here cautioning that they can lead to rust down the road. So what’s the verdict? Anyone install them only to find some...

Not sure if this counts. Test drove an Eco XL that was on empty, so I only got about 5 minutes with it. Ended up springing for a hybrid Lariat.

Wonder if it will hold a chemex next time.

Stuck with the ‘24 hybrid. Wanted the manual controls.

Made more sense to use what I saved up for a 20+ year old truck and put it towards a sweet ride with great milage that should last me for a few decades.

I went from looking for a 2000s manual Ranger, to waiting for the recall fix on a XLT, to (finally) picking up my new-to-me ‘24 Lariat. Coming up on one week tomorrow and I’m 3/4ths of the way through the break-in already. Having a blast so far!
