  7. Found a Maverick on the lot today...and I see why.

    Local dealer had a used XL on the lot for a crazy high price in the 40k range. The sales guy showed me the invoice they paid at an auction. 38K! That does not make sense to me.

    Yes, I thought of that but then, I think the dealers want as many retail orders as they can get. Then when one is turned down, they have one to sell.

    Funny thing is one dealer wants $500 refundable deposit, the other doesn't. Both say MSRP and now add ons.
