I am thrilled to have mine. It’s not perfect but the price, MPG, and versatility is awesome. Fun to drive and definitely more power than expected. No regrets…zero.
If those are options, good for you. Most that I know don't have spare vehicles or alternate means of transportation. Public trans or biking are not options for me or most that I know. I wonder how many Maverick owners have the option of not needing it?
Sell it and replace it with what? A marked up used vehicle or buy another marked up new one? Any profit would be lost with next purchase and you wouldn’t have a Maverick. No thanks, I will keep mine
Get what you want or need. If AWD is a must have like it is for me go that way, if MPG is a higher priority and go hybrid. No right or wrong choice other than GET WHAT YOU WANT. I did with no regrets.
If they stumble, bumble, or crumble I suggest you move on. If they can give you an answer, listen and do research. Read reviews and ask questions. Read posts on this website and ask if anyone has dealt well your dealer. Leave no stone unturned. Unfortunately your local guy may not be your best...
