Oh absolutely correct. Few are ever used to their capabilities, some never. Tremor is plenty for 95% of the buyers. If I get a Tremor it will be few and far between that I actually maximize its capabilities but it’s still nice to have that capability. I like knowing that just in case…it’s all good.

I read that they may come with the Falken Wildpeak Trail AT. That’s what I am running on my Maverick FX4. I really like the tire, plenty of bite but very good on hard roads. Hoping that is the tire, people will like them.

Uh…Tremors, like Raptors, aren’t made for economy they are made for power and performance so a hybrid, probably not. MPG is not a big part of the design.

Hmmm Might have to look into this. Love my Maverick but was thinking the new Ranger to get a bit more “ruggedness” This might be the practical middle ground. I may order one and decide on delivery, I am sure it will be awhile until it is built and delivered

It certainly does, for me at about 20 mph with turbo loaded it gets to 80 in a blink. It’s fun to drive and I can haul a sofa. Incredible!

Ugly

I drive aggressive, in suburbia stop signs and traffic lights…get up to speed and have stop, getting 24 mpg. Thrilled with that and dang my Maverick likes to move with a purpose.

Toyodor has a lot of work to do to catch the new Ranger. The Ranger Raptor is in a class by itself. The much ballyhooed TRO is way behind. They will try but like the F150 Raptor, everyone tries to match but fails miserably. Just my opinion but the blue oval just seems to be step ahead when they...

My EB is ridiculously fast for a compact truck. It’s just matter of time before I get a ticket. I just ca stop myself. Love my Maverick and it has some serious “quicks” for sure.

Possibly, but I am perfectly happy with my Maverick until the new Rangers make an appearance. I ordered my Maverick without seeing one in person, might do that with the new Ranger. It will be a nice quandary to have a choice.

Personally, I wanted AWD, that was a must have. I enjoy the power of the 2.0, MUCH quicker than I imagined. I am pleased with my choice.

Not seeing enough to make me want to change from my current Maverick. I will be checking out the new 2023 Ranger, the new model has my interest but I really like my Maverick.
