If anyone is afraid to drive now, this might help. I donāt even know if the Mav is brake by wire but this article eased my mind. https://www.roadandtrack.com/new-cars/car-technology/a34224683/how-brake-by-wire-works-safety/
Wish I had kept my dadās 2004 Ranger 4.0 with 7 foot bed. Ran great. Parked it next to the first Maverick I ever saw in person. I wanted to see a size comparison.
I would definitely like the added ground clearance of the Ranger but more than that, I just wish the bed was at least 5 feet, that would actually make a big difference as this Photoshop stretch shows.
Thanks for the reply. You are correct that Iām not very heavy footed with this vehicle, nothing like how I drove when I was 20 in my ā89 Mustang GT 5.0. Such a fun car, miracle Iām still alive. But anyway, that is probably why so little being caught on the clean side. I will check the exit tube...
Tbone289, I admire your patience. You sound very knowledgeable so maybe you have some insight into this: I installed a dirty and clean side catch can on my Ecoboost about 6 months (6,000 miles) ago. I get about 25% full on the dirty side after about 3,000 miles. But other than a very tiny amount...
Glad someone brought this subject up. I have a 2024 FX4 with 4K tow. Stock tires were 225/65 r17 but right away I put 245/65 r17 tires on it expecting it to throw my speedometer off. Unfortunately I didn't test it before I replaced the tires but I have several of those roadside speed check...
Iām very interested in this F-150 with a 5.0 that averages 30MPG. Never heard of this. Thatās better than my ā24 FX4.
Nice! I didnāt know they did that well.
I find the driverās seat comfortable enough but I feel like the seat needs to be rotated about 1 degree clockwise . I feel like I am always slightly turned to the left.
