I'm guessing some minor downgrades. If I remember correctly the 2020 Ford Ranger had 4 bed tie downs. The 2019 had 6. I believe there were a couple other downgrades to the 2020 Ranger.

Correct, they had a press release announcing that they were working with GlobalFoundries. Really it was just a letter of intint. I doubt if there will be any production for a while.
