I sure this has been covered elsewhere, but I couldn't find it, so here goes.
"Cute?" Miatas are cute. The similar Honda S2000 is cute. My mid-1960s Sunbeam Alpine was cute. Maybe the Mini Cooper. But the 2022 Ford Maverick? Nah, I don't think so.
So, "Little?" I did some limited...
My friend did this once on his BMW. I had a thin, bendy plastic ruler lying around. I stuck some double backed tape to it and got it out with that. In his case it hadn't slid that deep. Can you see it if you look in from outside the windshield?
I live in the woods in New Mexico in the East Mountains, on the eastern slopes of the Sandias, half an hour or so from Albuquerque. I've got scrap wood, slash from clearing scrub and downed trees, a couple big piles of pine needles and cones, and trash too big for the trash collector, that I...
Sorry you got this runaround, Jennifer. I'm 80 and have bought a dozen or so new cars. First, this the dealer, not Ford, and such shenanigans are pretty common. I understand Ford is trying to stop such things, but I don't know how well it will work. You did exactly the right thing. And, no, it...
Hi everybody. Since I now have a window sticker I looked at the price. The MSRP is about $800 over what the dealer originally quoted, when I put in my order on 9/2. Has anyone else noticed this?
My wife and recently started watching "The Good Karma Hospital" on Acorn. One of the lead characters, the woman who's the head doctor, drives a Sunbeam Alpine. I owned one for a year or so in the mid 60s, when I was in my 20S.. I loved it! It was not a great car, but looked good and had a really...
I often haul around a medium size daypack and I don't like leaving it visible. I'm wondering if it will fit under the back seat. The only time I have seen a Maverick in person, I didn't have my daypack with me. (Did not think ahead - again.)
Super! Thanks. I'll rarely have anyone in the back seat, but want them just in case. And I would prefer not to take up the underseat storage with them.
I've looked for one and couldn't find it. What's it look like? How's it driven? I've seen photos of the manual one, but I don't know if it's the same. I've had a slider on a precious truck, but never powered one.
My salesman called me when they got the first batch in. They were sold, so I 'couldn't drive them, but I could sit in one and take measurements (bed and such) if I wanted.
