I adjusted the rubber pieces and same results it shakes the hood. I’m considering taking the bug reflector off. I might add rubber grommet toward the end see if it helps.

i replaced mine with 6.5 jbl clubman 6520. Make sure to get the adapter and wires.

Im happy with the jbl clubman vs stocks I can hear more clear and the highs it’s definitely better. As far as thump a little better. My next project will be tapping the rear speakers for a kicker subwoofer or sound audio to save money .

On my post I replaced it with 6520 jbl clubman sounds much better less than 80 bucks. I couldn’t stand it make sure you get the wire adapter and plastic combo.

Neighbor has the fx4 it is louder and seem to feel every bump. It’s the the tires I have continentals on mine none fx4 awd. My issue is the the hood accessories that I attached now my hood shakes and scary at high speed very noticeable. I’m thinking of removing it.

How did you install the side moldings it came with a can of adhesive it’s not clear on the instruction where to put apply it.

that’s the adapter and brackets so you can get a larger magnet speakers. As far as the clubman 6520 it’s good enough I’m sure there’s better ones But for the price I couldn’t pass it up.
