The spray in bedliner will slow your build scheduling. Do it aftermarket.

I am in Manhattan where cruise control is useless. I also don't buy vehicles for resale value. You will never recoup even a fraction of your options cost layout. I suggest buying a vehicle based on what you need and not what someone else will want when you resell it.
