For anyone who ordered with the 4K tow package, does the summary of your build show that option included? Mine shows everything except for the 4K tow package, my dealer says it's still included and it does show on the most recent order form I have from them, just curious why it's not showing up...
Anyone know if the 4K tow late availability is still just with the XL/XLT FWD, or if the AWD 4K tow is also possibly delayed as well? Trying to figure if my XLT 2.0 AWD with FX4 and 4K towing might luck into an early schedule date or if I’m goi to be out of luck.
In late May/early June I was originally planning on putting in an order for a 2021 Kia K5 and put a refundable deposit for the order. A week later I got a call that Kia had stopped taking orders on 2021 models so they would change my order to a 2022 model. I was originally given a 3-5 month...
So let's say scheduling doesn't happen until August, does that mean production won't actually start until September? That doesn't sound right, we've seen schedules that appear to be actually from Ford showing production starting in August, that directly contradicts what's being said in this video.
I'm in the north DFW area, put in my order at Five Star Ford in Dallas with a $500 deposit a couple of weeks ago. I ordered the XLT in Cactus Gray with the 2.0 Ecoboost, AWD, 4k tow package, FX4, and a couple of other bells and whistles. Figure the Maverick won't necessarily match up in the land...
I liked the idea of a truck, but didn't think I'd be able to afford one for a while. I thought I might be able to get a used one in a couple of years for a decent price, but it turns out I need a second vehicle in the Fall. I was originally either looking at a mid-size/compact sedan (Civic...
That’s where I put in my order a couple of weeks ago. I put in reservations at 3 different dealers online and they were the first/only one to get back to me.
Any idea what something like this generally might cost, roughly?
Also, are these pretty easily removed? At first I didn't really like the idea of this, but it's kind of grown on me and I like the idea of having an enclosed rear storage that can be removed if I need to carry something larger.
Do you know if X plan would work the same way? I've seen some mention of X plan not necessarily being a huge discount from MSRP, but if it also keeps them from tacking on extra fees that would be a big positive.
I can vouch for Five Star Ford in Dallas, at least so far. I've never purchased a Ford so no past experience, but putting in my order was easy. I submitted my reservation last week online to a couple of dealers in the Dallas area but Five Star was the first to get back to me. I could have put in...
I feel like I'm the target demographic. I'm 34 and prior to this being announced had previously been looking at either compact/mid-size sedans like the Civic, K-5, Jetta, etc. or Compact SUVs like CR-V, CX-5. I always like the idea of a truck but didn't want to pay $35k plus to get a brand new...
