What size tires are you running on those RTR wheels? Truck looks amazing, painting everything just makes the truck flow so much better. I was on the fence about those fender flares but smoothed and painted, they look the best.
The only way around any of this is to either apply or have applied ppf prior to installing anything that could contact the paint. This even goes for bug/hood protectors.
With the paint on our truck, the truck should come with a roll of Paint Protective Film from the factory. :)
There are no alignment pins. It was not difficult to align. Once you get the door back on with bolts just snug, you can align it pretty easy. Take pictures at several angles before you remove it to have a starting point.
No need to do this unless building a full custom system. My start is at this link.

I will have pillars done in about a week. There are a lot of options now, that save a lot of fab work. I will post up what was usable and not usable with links to simplify the process.
Yes, the outer door skin and some on the back side of the black plastic inner skin. The door panels have it also with thin closed cell foam. Only around the speaker and inner door skin did I do foam just to try and decouple the midbass from the door some, fingers crossed no rattles.
Once done I will be out and about. I have had the truck almost 1 month and driven it 150 miles. It has had something being modified or waiting on parts all the time.
Few update photos, for sure going to have to move speaker but not as mush as I thought. Still waiting on brackets, headlight/fog light switch and some harnesses. I also ordered another set of dodge fog lights that are different to try out.
