    Loved the traction control agreed. The 2.9L has been bulletproof. I had to rebuild the trans @ 165k but hard to complain about that.

    so true. I'm drawn to the clean lines and the simplicity. Crank the windows down (and lean over to get the passenger side), put an arm up in the driver window and a Red Sox game on the AM/FM.

    that's a great Ranger spec. I'd have liked to have the manual and 4x4 instead of the auto and 4x2. ranger never sees snow...
