As a Bicycle Tech(shop owner) I forgot to mention: Think about these big steel racks (4bike) and e-bikes; they apply quite a bit of load on the receiver. Tongue weight is a real factor. I have seen numerous unibody cars start to crack from the stress on receiver. The steel receiver is strong but...
It is absolutely secure! The pin tightens internally. The $15 dollar master lock to secure it; even if you have the 8mm security hex wrench, you can't get at it. The lock also provides a great place to add my flat link chain to lock bike properly. I have had lots of negative feed back from...
If you dont have a e-bike or anticipate shuttling; I'd do a single. You can always add a tray later. I'd like to mention, the silver one will never fade or show wear. One of my customers insisted on a black version (he got his less than a year ago) and it is already turning a multitude of...
I'm trying to be sensible and keep the cost reasonable. Already over $500 in speakers & amp. I found this video with the best sounding (lol) Maverick of the ones I checked out. Ironically I selected the same speakers. The Amp is discontinued and less power than the Key200.4. I have yet to find...
Then I will email them also! I have sold more of their racks than any other rack I can source from the catalog. Customers always want to know what I use. I tell them I could have any rack at whole sale, but choose to pay retail for this one. I advise they can buy it direct. Almost every single...
This thread reminded me to do work. I took my single OneUp rack slightly apart to flip the hitch part. With that I can fully open the tail gate with the rack in the completely rolled away position and the leaves open. At least I can now sit and change shoes or chug beer! 🍻
Man I need some educating from a Guru!
Looking into the aftermarket harness pass-thru or intercept options. My inept understanding is that pass through would use the stock amplification to the speakers.... Intercept, would collect it before amplification? Trying to avoid cutting into the stock...
while reading up on using a Kicker Key200.4 amp; I read a reviewer who used Forscan to convert speaker outs into Line Level Outputs on his 2016 mustang. Has anyone ever tried or heard of this? Links to examples:

I bought the same as the OP from homedepot. I painted mine black. What ever lock you choose; consider the threaded shaft as apposed to the slip on retainer clip.

Wouldn't be that hard to smash it with a rock either. I am just trying to slow down the opportunist. Let's be realistic; with the invention of the battery powered angle grinder, nothing is secure.
I will park at Trail Head for extended periods..... in addition to adding a lock; I am going to replace the fasteners. I think cap head style torx would be hardest to fight. Perhaps some security fasteners if the hardware store has some. Anyways, while probing around to plan; I discovered the...
Just got my truck this week and am currently studying ford audio - Lol... It is making my head spin with all this line leveling, signal processing, digital crossing over madness. I did my first stereo install in 20 years recently and it's not the same beast.
I'm curious to know if the stock...
The eagle has landed... & it exceeded my expectations for stereo, road noise, comfort, ride, so on and so forth. While the dealership reworked the papers to remove the unexpected $2,500 they tried to apply; I let an older couple (75+ y/o & complete strangers) sit in and play with the Mavv. When...
Can anyone out there in the best color club tell me if they have any info on a Patone color code, and or vinyl wrap? CustomWrapMatch.com is awfully expensive to wrap the handles.
