My Miata I've tossed a rotrex on and don't drive very often has a vta can on it and helped a bit with oil issues. And it helped a bit with idle tuning. Aside from that, one drawback I noticed is I get a rather hydrocarbonous smell when using the fresh air vent. Something I don't particularly...
I believe my dealer wasn't aware that the update was available until I forwarded the updated document and the instructions on how to perform the update. If you text or email your salesman, I would recommend downloading both docs from the thread and send them in. There is that possiblity that...
A little update, salesmen called me a minute ago and let me know they have the update. They're going to perform the update tomorrow. And I should be able to pick it up here in a few days when I'm able.
Just forwarded the info from the Nov 1 update to my salesman. He's going to look into it and see if the update is available on their end. Fingers crossed.
Just got the call today. My Maverick build from August 10th showed up to the dealership today. 363 days after I placed the order. I live in southern Ohio if it helps any on shipping times. Didn't take long to go from Wayne, Michigan to the dealership.
Nice and congrats! I know it's been a while since you posted. Mine should be arriving at Germain within the next 2-3 weeks as it just arrived at the ramp in Michigan. Ordered in October of last year. Tim is my salesman. If you don't mind my asking, did you have any issues with price protection...
Well this is a bummer. I live in an area that has seen an increase in skunk population in the suburbs I live in. And the last thing I want is for the recirc to randomly turn off at the worst possible time.
Just checked the rail shipping for the Maverick I ordered. Norfolk southern's phone line said it arrived at Wayne Michigan. The dealership I ordered from looks to be about 220 miles from the Michigan plant. I didn't think car haulers would travel that far to deliver to dealers.
Interesting. Mine is also one with the 4k tow pkg. Just went from being in production on 8/10 to built on 9/30. And today it is marked as shipped. This definitely clears up why it was sitting in the production status for so long. I for one am definitely ok with the wait to ensure everything...
Sweet! Ford tracking just updated overnight. Went into production August 10th. Just changed to built status September 30th. Order track app shows awaiting shipment. Looks to be about a two month wait from in production to built from what I've been reading so far.
early XLT lux order as well. Oct. 27th last year. Went into production on August 10th and has been sitting in production since then for some reason. I'd check the window sticker along with the tracking site. Mine shows I'm getting the sibl on everything I check. Although my dealership is adamant...
Today marks day 38 in production on my end. I wonder if it'll just pop up at the dealer out of random. As though they forgot to scan it in like a package.
Ordered 10-27-21. The end of this month will be 11 months. Went into production on August 10th. The tracker is still showing ''in production'' without any idea why. If mine ships within the next week or two, I can see it arriving sometime next month if all goes well. Definitely would like to get...
I'm curious if a bunch of early August builds may have something in common. Like packages/options selected, color, etc. Slim chance to possibly narrow down the possible delay. 🤷♂️
Since mine went into production on August 10th and still says it's in production to this day with the BCE modules showing as active. I wonder if it still counted to the amount of August builds, or if it has to be declared as 'built' for it to add to the build totals for that month.
Found out how to do it using Google chrome on my desktop. Went into the bronco forums and did some reading, found out using incognito mode in chrome is the way to go. Tried it a few times and haven't had any issues tracking my pickup with the vin and order code.
Would be neat to see someone modify a Maverick for the track and see what it can do.
Took my modified Miata to 135 back when I had my rotrex on it. That's all the gearing it had in it at 7k rpm. Only reason I did was due to a group of people in a couple cars were trying to run me off the road...
